V-辞書形 / V-ない形 + こと（命令）；い形 + こと（感嘆）
Explanation
Two uses: ① dictionary form + こと expresses a command or notice, "must..." (common in notices and instructions); ② adjective + こと expresses an exclamation, "how...!" (なんて美しいことか).
Examples
