Structure

N + にしろ + N + にしろ；V-辞書形 + にしろ + V-辞書形 + にしろ

Lists two options and states that either way the same applies, "whether... or...". E.g., 行くにしろ行かないにしろ、連絡してください.

行くにしろ行かないにしろ、早めに連絡してください。

Whether you go or not, please contact me early.

雨にしろ雪にしろ、試合は行います。

Whether it rains or snows, the match will take place.

にしろ...にしろ means "whether... or..."; にせよ...にせよ is the written form.
