Structure
あがる（食べる / 飲む の謙譲語；来る の尊敬語）
Explanation
Two uses: ① humble for 食べる/飲む (one's own eating/drinking); ② honorific for 来る in お上がりください (please come in). E.g., 先に上がらせていただきます.
Examples
では、遠慮なく上がらせていただきます。
Then, I'll help myself (to the food).
どうぞ、お上がりください。
Please come in.
Note
あがる is humble for eating/drinking but honorific for coming (お上がりください). Distinguish by context.
