Structure
N + はおろか（〜も／さえ／まで）
Explanation
N + はおろか: not to mention the noun, even the other item is...; often with も/さえ/まで.
Examples
彼は漢字はおろか、ひらがなも読めない。
He can't read hiragana, let alone kanji.
節約のために、外食はおろか、趣味もやめた。
To save money, I gave up not only eating out but even my hobbies.
Note
The main clause often has も/さえ/まで. Similar to どころか.
