V-使役形 + てやっていただけませんか

Explanation

Asking permission on behalf of a third person (a child, a subordinate, etc.): a combination of せてやる + いただく.

Examples

息子にも経験させてやっていただけませんか。

Could you let my son have the experience too?

うちの部下に一度見学させてやっていただけませんか。

Could you let one of my subordinates visit once?

Note

A polite request for permission on behalf of someone close to the speaker. In speech, せてやってください is common.
