Structure
普通形 + としたら／とすれば／とすると；N + だ + としたら
Explanation
Expresses a hypothesis ("if (the fact or assumption) holds..."), with the main clause being the speaker's judgment, speculation or question. Attached to the plain form of verbs/adjectives or noun + だ.
Examples
もし宝くじが当たったとしたら、何をしたいですか。
If you won the lottery, what would you do?
彼が来ないとすると、会議は延期したほうがいいだろう。
If he's not coming, we'd better postpone the meeting.
Note
All three mean "if"; としたら/とすれば are used for hypotheses, とすると implies a natural inference from the premise.
