Explanation
Indicates a perspective for judgment or observation, "viewed from...". Attaches to a noun (子供の目から見ると).
Examples
子供の目から見ると、世界は不思議に満ちています。
From a child's eyes, the world is full of wonders.
経済的な面から見れば、この計画は得策です。
From an economic perspective, this plan is a good move.
Note
から見ると marks a viewing angle, close to から言うと/からすると but emphasizing perspective and observation.
