句子（普通形）+ といっても
Explanation
Concedes the first point but qualifies its extent, "although one says...". E.g., 日本語ができるといっても、日常会話程度です.
Examples
日本語が上手だといっても、日常会話程度です。
Though I say my Japanese is good, it's only conversational level.
安いといっても、1000円以上しますよ。
Though it's cheap, it still costs over 1,000 yen.
Note
といっても concedes but limits the extent, close to とはいえ.
