Explanation
Attached to nouns or verbs, 〜ばかり means "only... / nothing but...", implying there is nothing else. E.g., 肉ばかり食べる (only eating meat).
Examples
彼は毎日ゲームばかりしています。
He does nothing but play games every day.
子供はお菓子ばかり食べたがります。
The child always wants to eat snacks.
Note
〜ばかり often carries a negative or dissatisfied tone. In speech it becomes 〜ばっかり. Unlike 〜だけ (objective limitation), 〜ばかり adds subjective evaluation.
