ございます（ある の丁寧語）
Explanation
The polite form of ある, more formal than あります (お電話がございます, こちらにございます). Also in fixed phrases (申し訳ございません).

If you have any questions, please let us know.
Note
ございます is more polite than あります, used in services and formal settings. Note the difference from でございます (to be).
