V-て形 + おる（〜ている の謙譲語）
Explanation
The humble counterpart of 〜ている for oneself or the in-group (準備しております), more formal and modest than 〜ています.
Examples
資料を準備しております。
I'm preparing the materials.
お待たせしておりました。申し訳ございません。
Sorry to have kept you waiting.
Note
〜ておる is the humble of 〜ている, common in business Japanese (〜しております). Don't confuse it with 〜ておく.
