Structure
お + V-ます形（語幹）+ する；ご + 名詞 + する
Explanation
お + masu-stem + する / ご + noun + する forms a humble for one's own actions showing respect to the other party (お待ちしております, ご案内します).
Examples
お客様をお待ちしております。
We are waiting for you.
駅までご案内します。
I'll guide you to the station.
Note
お/ご〜する is the standard humble for one's own actions; お/ご〜いたす is even more formal.
