The honorific for 知っている, used for the listener or a superior. Negative: ご存知ない / ご存知ではありません. E.g., この店をご存知ですか.

Do you know how to contact him?
Note
ご存知ですか is the honorific form of 知っていますか. For your own knowledge use the humble 存じる.
