Explanation
Plain verb/adjective + かどうか means "whether or not...", the indirect form of a question. E.g., 明日行くかどうか、まだ決めていません.

彼が来るかどうか、知っていますか。
Do you know whether he'll come?
Note
かどうか is followed by verbs like わからない, 知らない, 決める. Nouns and な-adjectives attach directly (学生かどうか).
