お + V-ます形（語幹）+ なさる；ご + 名詞 + なさる
Explanation
お + masu-stem + なさる / ご + noun + なさる is an honorific for 〜する, used for the listener or a superior (e.g., ご旅行なさいますか).

Note
お/ご〜なさる is honorific, slightly less formal than お/ご〜になる. Note なさる conjugates specially (なさいます).
