Structure
お + V-ます形（語幹）+ になる；ご + 名詞 + になる
Explanation
お + masu-stem + になる / ご + noun + になる forms an honorific for the listener's or a superior's action (お読みになる, ご覧になる), more formal than お/ご〜なさる.

先生はこの本をお読みになりました。
The teacher read this book.
いつご出発になりますか。
When will you be departing?
Note
お/ご〜になる is the standard honorific pattern. ご + noun is used with Sino-Japanese nouns.
