お目にかかる（会う の謙譲語）
Explanation
The humble of 会う for meeting the listener or a superior (先日お目にかかりました), more formal and modest than 会う.
Examples
先日、ご挨拶にお目にかかりました。
I had the pleasure of meeting you the other day.
ぜひ一度お目にかかりたいと思います。
I would very much like to meet you.
Note
お目にかかる is the humble of 会う, used in business and formal settings. お目にかける (to show) is a different expression.
