V-未然形 + れる / られる（尊敬）
Explanation
Verb mizen-form + れる/られる can form an honorific for the listener's or a superior's action. Same form as the passive; distinguish by context (先生はもう帰られました). Common in speech.
Examples
先生はもう帰られました。
The teacher has already left.
お客様が来られました。
The guest has arrived.
Note
The honorific reru/rareru is identical to the passive; if the subject is a superior, it is honorific. Common in speech; お/ご〜になる is better for formal use.
