Explanation
Expresses invitation or suggestion, used to invite someone to do something together. A polite expression.
Examples

Let's go together.
そろそろ帰りましょう。
Let's go home soon.
Note
「〜ませんか」 also expresses invitation, but 「〜ましょう」 is more proactive.
