Structure
N + どころではない；V-辞書形 + どころではない
Explanation
Indicates that there is no capacity or time for the first action, often because the situation is urgent (今は遊んでいるどころではない). Attached to nouns or the dictionary form of verbs.
Examples
試験が来週なので、遊んでいるどころではない。
The exam is next week, so this is no time for playing around.
こんなに忙しくては、旅行に行くどころではない。
I'm so busy that a trip is out of the question.
Note
どころか compares degrees; どころではない says there is no time or capacity. どころじゃない is the colloquial form.
