普通形 + からこそ

Explanation

Emphasizes that it is precisely because of this reason that the main clause holds. Attached to clauses in the plain form, often with のだ or わけだ. Used to state a reason with the speaker's assertion or emotion.

Examples

愛しているからこそ、厳しく言うのだ。

It's precisely because I love you that I speak harshly.

努力したからこそ、成功できたのだ。

It was precisely because I worked hard that I could succeed.

Note

Cannot be used for plain objective reasons (e.g., "the road is wet because it rained" would be unnatural with からこそ). It emphasizes the speaker's subjective stance.
