Structure
N + も + V-ば形 + N + も；N + も + い形ば形 + N + も
Explanation
Two things exist side by side. ① affirmative: both... and...; ② negative (もなければ〜もない): neither... nor...
Examples
彼は才能もあれば、努力もする。
He has both talent and diligence.
この町は便利なところもあれば、不便なところもある。
This town has both convenient and inconvenient parts.
Note
The negative form もなければ〜もない means neither... nor... . Unlike も〜なら〜も〜だ, this is a neutral listing.
