Structure
普通形 + ようなら；N + の + ようなら
Explanation
A hypothetical: if the first state holds (ようだ + なら). The main clause is advice or judgment.
Examples
体調が悪いようなら、無理をしないで休んでください。
If you're not feeling well, don't push yourself—please rest.
仕事が終わったようであれば、一緒に食事に行きませんか。
If you've finished your work, shall we go eat together?
Note
A speculative hypothesis (if it looks like...). The main clause is often advice or a request. More tentative than なら.
