Structure
V-ない形（語幹）+ ねばならない
Explanation
The literary/formal form of なければならない, "must...". Attaches to the nai-stem + ねばならない.
Examples
明日までにレポートを出さねばなりません。
I must submit the report by tomorrow.
社会人として、責任を持たねばならない。
As a working adult, I must take responsibility.
Note
ねばならない is more formal/written than なければならない.
