N + さえ + V-ば形；V-ます形（語幹）+ さえ + すれば
Explanation
さえ...ば expresses a minimal condition, "as long as...". Forms: noun + さえ + ba-form, or masu-stem + さえ + すれば (お金さえあれば).
Examples
お金さえあれば、何でもできます。
If only I had money, I could do anything.
天気さえよければ、ピクニックに行けます。
If only the weather is good, we can go on a picnic.
Note
さえ...ば means "as long as this one condition holds". Similar to だけで but stronger.
