Structure
V-て形 + ならない；い形（くて）+ ならない
Explanation
Indicates involuntary, uncontrollable feelings or thoughts, "can't help but...". Attaches to the te-form or くて-form.
Examples
彼がなぜ辞めたのか、不思議でなりません。
I can't help finding it strange that he quit.
早く日本に行きたくてならない。
I can't wait to go to Japan.
Note
てならない emphasizes involuntary feelings or thoughts, close to てしかたがない/てたまらない.
