N / 文 + または + N / 文

〜または expresses a choice, "or". More formal and written than 〜か or それとも, often used in notices and explanations. E.g., 電話またはメールでご連絡ください.

ご質問は電話またはメールでお願いします。

For questions, please contact us by phone or email.

会場には電車またはバスでお越しください。

Please come to the venue by train or bus.

または is written style; in speech 〜か〜 is more common. Compared with あるいは, または is more common and direct.
