Structure

V-た形 + り、V-た形 + り（する）

Verb ta-form + り lists two or more actions or states, "doing things like...". The final verb takes する. A single 〜たりする can also give one example.

週末は買い物をしたり、映画を見たりします。

On weekends I do things like shopping and watching movies.

子供たちは走ったり、叫んだりしています。

The children are running and shouting.

〜たり〜たり lists representative examples, not necessarily only two actions. The final verb ends with する. Note the difference from 〜とか.
