〜し、〜し（〜し）

Structure
文（普通形） + し、文（普通形） + し（〜）
Explanation
Plain verb/adjective + し lists two or more reasons or facts, "and... and...", often used to explain reasons. The final し may be omitted. E.g., 値段も安いし、味もいいです.
Examples
この店は値段も安いし、味もいいです。
This shop is cheap and the food is good.
今日は雨も降っているし、風も強いです。
Today it's rainy and windy.
Note
〜し〜し often pairs with も (〜も〜し、〜も〜). A single 〜し can also state a reason. Unlike 〜たり〜たり, there is no sense of repetition.
