Explanation
Noun + のうち marks a range, "among..." (e.g., 三人のうち、二人が女性です). With quantities it means "within" (三日のうちに).

Note
〜のうち marks a range; 〜のうちに marks a deadline. Similar to 〜の中で but うち is more written and concise.
