Explanation
N + ではあるまいし: it's not like... (so there is no need). じゃあるまいし is the colloquial form.
Examples
子供ではあるまいし、自分のことは自分で決めなさい。
You're not a child—decide for yourself.
急ぐ旅じゃあるまいし、ゆっくり行こう。
It's not an urgent trip, so let's go slowly.
Note
The main clause is often advice (なさい/べきだ). Similar to わけでもない.
