Explanation
N + とあれば: if it is so, then...; the main clause is the speaker's active action.
Examples
あなたのためとあれば、どんなことでもします。
If it's for you, I'll do anything.
緊急の用事とあれば、すぐに伺います。
If it's urgent, I'll come right away.
Note
The main clause is the speaker's active action or resolve. Similar to なら but more formal.
