N + といい + N + といい: no matter which aspect one considers, the evaluation holds.
Examples
味といい値段といい、この店は申し分ない。
Whether it's the taste or the price, this shop is beyond reproach.
部屋の広さといい、設備といい、文句のつけようがない。
Whether the size or the facilities, there's nothing to complain about.
Note
The main clause is an evaluation (申し分ない, 最高だ, 悪い). Similar to といわず〜といわず.
