Explanation
Lists two opposing or similar items: whether A or B, the main clause is the same. Attached to the volitional form of verbs.
Examples
雨が降ろうが風が吹こうが、明日の試合は行う。
Whether it rains or blows, tomorrow's match will go ahead.
会社が続こうが潰れようが、私は最後まで働く。
Whether the company survives or goes under, I'll work until the end.
Note
Synonymous with ても〜ても. ようと〜ようと is also possible.
