Does the main action without caring about the first clause. Attached to noun + の or the dictionary/te-iru form of verbs.
Examples

He laughed out loud, heedless of the people around him.
彼女は服が濡れるのもかまわず、雨の中を走っていった。
She ran out into the rain, not caring that her clothes would get wet.
Note
Common collocations: 時間もかまわず, 人目もかまわず, 疲れもかまわず. Carries a tone of disregard.
