Structure

普通形/N + にしろ/にせよ/にしても

Explanation

Concessive: no matter which of the two alternatives, or even if..., the main clause holds. ① AにしろBにしろ lists two opposites; ② にしても means even if... (not)...

Examples

行くにしろ行かないにしろ、早く決めなければならない。

Whether we go or not, we have to decide quickly.

どんなに忙しいにしても、連絡くらいはできるだろう。

However busy you are, you could at least get in touch.

Note

にせよ is the most literary, にしても the most colloquial. Unlike にしても (standpoint), this use is concessive.
