Structure

Explanation
Indicates the period during which a state lasts; the main clause is a continuous state or action. Unlike うちに, the main clause of うちは is continuous.
Examples

Let's wait here while it's raining.
元気なうちは、働き続けたいです。
I want to keep working as long as I'm healthy.
Note
With うちは the main clause is a continuing state; with うちに it is a one-time action. Keep the difference in mind.
